Each player may hold only one active z777 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and any associated bonus funds may be forfeited. All accounts must be registered under the player's own true identity.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and z777 ("z777", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the z777 website located at z777.lat and all related services, products, and content offered thereon. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the z777 platform. 2.3 Self-Exclusion. Persons who have registered a self-exclusion with z777 or any associated responsible gaming authority are not eligible to register or maintain an account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
3.1 To access z777 services, you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a verified Pakistani mobile number where applicable.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with z777. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of funds therein.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z777 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. z777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.4 z777 reserves the right to require identity verification ("KYC") documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
4.1 Deposits. z777 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Deposits page, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed in your account dashboard. z777 does not accept cash, money orders, or third-party payment methods.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the payment method previously used to fund your z777 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. z777 aims to process all withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in your account but makes no guarantee of processing time where delays are attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.3 Currency. All player accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a payment method operates in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply and z777 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.
4.4 z777 reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification.
5.1 z777 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. Promotional terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.
5.2 z777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any amendment does not adversely affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered.
5.3 Abuse of bonuses – including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, hedging bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other behaviour z777 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.4 Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. z777 bonuses may not be exchanged for cash except where these Terms or promotion-specific terms expressly state otherwise.
6.1 All games available on z777 are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or disconnection during a game round, z777 will apply its standard disputed games procedure, and the outcome determined by z777 in accordance with that procedure shall be final.
6.2 z777 does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of any game or the platform as a whole. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical outages may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.
6.3 z777 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that results from a manifest error, technical fault, or where the integrity of a game or betting market has been compromised.

7.3 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly by z777. 8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the z777 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable referral to law enforcement authorities:

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z777, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 z777's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you into your z777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 z777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering with z777 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 z777 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing to protect your personal and financial data.
12.1 z777 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on record. The revised Terms will take effect on the date of publication on this page. Continued use of z777 following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z777 is incorporated and licenced. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to z777's internal dispute resolution procedure. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be referred to the relevant competent authority or arbitration body as determined by z777's licencing jurisdiction.
13.2 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights.
